KWA Construction, a leading general contractor specializing in multifamily developments throughout Texas, has broken ground on the Settler Apartments in Fort Worth, Texas. The 397,435-square-foot complex will include 362 units within one four-story structure that will wrap around a five-story precast parking garage. The luxury community is being developed by developer Toll Brothers Apartment Living®— a rental subsidiary of Toll Brothers, Inc., the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes.

(HLR), a three-time ‘Top 100 Architects’ honoree by Multi-Housing News, Settler Apartments will offer future residents more than 13,000 square feet of amenity space, including a club room, lounge, conference room, mailroom and package storage, leasing office, dog wash and a stand-alone fitness center. Additionally, outdoor amenities will entail a resort-style swimming pool with a pool deck and resident social seating areas, a patio area built off of the lounge, a yoga terrace, a fire pit, built-in planters throughout the community, a sitting lawn area, a dog run and an outdoor bar and grilling stations.
The Settler Apartments are expected to be complete in Summer, 2024, and will be located South of White Settlement Road along Athenia Drive and Deavers Lane in Fort Worth.
