Presidium, a diversified real estate development, investment and management firm, has broken ground on Presidium Park, a 400,000-square-foot modern community nestled in Jacksonville, Florida’s St. Johns Town Center area. Expected to be fully complete in Fall 2023, the 356-unit development will boast four five-story apartment buildings, three two-story carriage house buildings and an abundance of high-end community amenities. Presidium Park marks Presidium’s third multifamily development in Jacksonville.

Presidium Park will encompass studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes, ranging from 616 to 1,703-square feet. Each of the luxury apartment homes will offer modern features including keyless entry, Ecobee thermostats with built-in Alexa, smart light switches, energy-efficient appliances and user-friendly USB ports. The spacious community is designed to offer residents an open environment, and a prime location – nestled adjacent to City Park and one of Florida’s most sought-after entertainment districts, St. Johns Town Center, which provides residents with a plethora of shopping, entertainment, restaurants and office spaces.
The firm’s first delivery in this area was JTB Luxury Apartments, a 350-unit, 435,000-square-foot community, which was sold in 2020. Completed earlier this year, Presidium Town Center, a five-story, 370 unit, 470,000-square foot community is Presidium’s second development in the St. John’s Center area.
