The first-of-its-kind Denton community built by KWA Construction was recognized as a “Best Multifamily Complex” in Texas.
The Village at Rayzor Ranch, a luxury apartment community built by KWA Construction in Denton, Texas, was honored as a finalist in the “Best Multifamily Complex” category in Texas Association of Builders’ (TAB) annual Star Awards. Since 1992, the Star Awards continue to be the only statewide tribute to excellence in the homebuilding industry. This year, panelists reviewed over 700 entries to determine the best of the best within 162 elite categories. Submissions in the “Best Multifamily Complex” category were judged on design, attention to detail, use of materials, community amenities, cost/value relationship functionality and creativity as it addresses the needs of the target market.
