Presidium Recognized by The Dallas Morning News Top Places to Work 2020 Program

Texas-based real estate development, investment and management firm honored for admirable workplace culture for the second consecutive year.

Presidium, a diversified real estate development, investment and management firm, has been named one of 50 National Standard winners for The Dallas Morning News 2020 Top Places to Work awards program. The annual list is an initiative to recognize companies who have gone above and beyond to keep their employees informed, treat them with respect and provide them with tools and training needed to advance their careers without having to go elsewhere.

“Being recognized as a top place to work by The Dallas Morning News for the second time not only validates Presidium’s commitment to fostering a quality company culture, but shows that our team members know how much we value and respect them,” said John Griggs, Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Presidium. “No one could have imagined that this year would be filled with uncertainty as we face a global pandemic. Our team members have remained resilient and positive, which has driven our company’s success even through these challenging times. I am forever grateful for that.”

Over the past 12 years, The Dallas Morning News has worked with research partner Energage LLC to recognize local outstanding employers, the annual list is based on an extensive culture survey that anonymously measures performance in leadership, sense of mission, career opportunities, company culture, and pay and benefits. Over the course of last year, Energage surveyed more than 2.5 million employees nationwide at 7,500 organizations for 50 media partners, including The News, Washington Post, Chicago Tribune and Boston Globe.

“This initiative means a great deal to The News,” says Grant Moise, president and publisher of the newspaper. “The companies that are nominated help raise the bar of productivity while adding meaning to their employees. North Texas attracts more companies than any other market in the United States, not only because of the economic environment, but more importantly because our leaders and corporate cultures are second to none.”

This honor adds to Presidium’s momentum this year, as they ranked #15 on Multifamily Leadership’s national list of Best Places to Work Multifamily™ for Women 2020, #5 on the 2020 Austin-area Multifamily Real Estate Development Firms by Austin Business Journal, one of ‘Commercial Real Estate’s Best Places to Work’ by national business publication GlobeSt. for 2020 and #14 on Multifamily Leadership’s national list of Best Places to Work Multifamily™ for 2020.
