Our client KWA Construction has topped out on the second phase of Arlington Commons landing them a feature in Dallas Business Journal‘s Crane Watch update. This second phase, called The Truman, will have 358 units and will be completed by August 2021. Located in Arlington, Texas, this phase will feature units ranging from studios to three bedrooms and range in size from 598 square feet to 1,715 square feet.
