Phase I completion of The Pecan District leads a master plan of a new, vibrant living experience in the heart of Pflugerville.
Presidium, a diversified real estate development, investment and management firm, has completed the first of a multi-phase, mixed-use development called The Pecan District in Pflugerville, Texas, just north of Austin. As the first development of its kind in the area, The Pecan District will draw in people from the surrounding areas and create a walkable, lively atmosphere where community members will have access to many amenities, living options and work opportunities – all in one location. The firm has now completed Phase one (first phase) of this project with the opening of a new apartment community, Presidium The Pecan District.

Residents will be able to enjoy an active lifestyle with luscious green spaces, a luxurious pool, a state-of-the-art fitness studio, coworking spaces, a game lounge, tuck-under parking and an outdoor kitchen area. Spacious one and two-bedroom apartment interiors will feature modern farmhouse shelving, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, beautifully wrapped together in a contemporary design by SeeSaw Creative.
Located at the corner of Old Austin Pflugerville Road and South Heatherwilde Boulevard, Presidium The Pecan District is situated within the highly-rated Pflugerville Independent School District and in close proximity to local parks and recreational areas with walking paths, local grocery stores, retail, restaurants and a movie theater.
Presidium The Pecan District is now leasing and set to be fully complete in September 2020. Phase two of the 10-phase Pecan District development is in the works, which will include an exciting expansion of the mixed-use community. During phase two of the project, Presidium plans to develop additional apartment units alongside modern office space with ground level dining and retail outlets.
