$300 million Lewisville rental community opens final phase (Dallas Morning News)

Developer Huffines Communities has completed the final phase of its huge Hebron 121 Station apartment community in Lewisville.

Located north of State Highway 121 near Stemmons Freeway, the 90-acre project was started almost a decade ago.

Since then, 1,700 apartments have been built in the $300 million resort-style rental community.

Builder KWA Construction just finished the fifth phase of the development, adding another 272 units.
