Boone will oversee the firm’s project estimating and negotiation efforts

November 28, 2018 —­ KWA Construction, a leading general contractor specializing in multifamily developments, has promoted Donnie Boone to Director of Preconstruction. In his new role, Boone will lead the firm’s preconstruction department including all project estimating.

Boone has worked in the construction industry for 42 years, including 24 years of multifamily-specific experience, having a bid portfolio totaling approximately $1 billion. Throughout his career in the construction industry, Boone has also bid and negotiated a variety of projects in the healthcare, office, retail and industrial markets.
