Apartment community gives McKinney new affordable housing option (Dallas Business Journal)

Post Oak - CSAOur client, KWA Construction, is featured in the Dallas Business Journal for the new Post Oak Apartments in McKinney. Construction is underway and of the 182-unit community, 130 homes will be for residents earning 60 percent or less of the Area Median Income.
