Stone to serve as Commercial Real Estate Associate

Dallas, November 10, 2015 — Falcon Realty Advisors, a privately owned commercial real estate company based in Dallas, has hired Jacqueline Stone as a Commercial Real Estate Associate for the firm’s Restaurant and Entertainment Group. In her new role, Stone will focus on market research, site selection and market penetration strategies.

In addition to strategic site selection and tenant representation, Stone will assist the marketing team with effectively communicating Falcon’s brand to the firm’s clients and markets nationwide. Her responsibilities will also include developing new channels to efficiently share company news to Falcon’s target audience and clientele. Stone will be working on an impressive portfolio of clients that include top chain retailers, including Twin Peaks, 54th St Restaurant & Drafthouse, as well as flourishing emerging brands, such as Velvet Taco, Grub Burger, Meso Maya, Spin Pizza, Penn Station and Modmarket.

Stone graduated from the University of Arkansas where she majored in marketing and real estate finance. While earning her bachelor’s degree, Stone worked as an intern for bigInk, a leading public relations and marketing firm that specializes in real estate and entertainment. Prior to the bigInk internship, Stone worked as a corporate recruiter and marketing intern with SwiftAir Media, Southwest Airlines’ innovative in-flight travel guide.
