Thankfully, Google has now added a ‘block’ button to help us clear out of inboxes of those annoying spammers.

5 Ways to Build Relationships With the Media (PR News): Having a friend in the newsroom is a great resource to anyone in the public relations field. PR Newser offered up five tips on not only how to create a relationship with the media, but also maintain and build upon it.
