Popular, award-winning local Crossfit studio expands from Deep Ellum with a second studio to be located at new mixed-use development in West Dallas/Oak Cliff

DALLAS, April 21, 2014 – CrossFit Deep, a popular, locally-owned Deep Ellum CrossFit studio founded in 2009, will open a second location at Sylvan | Thirty, the highly-anticipated mixed-use development at the crossroads of West Dallas and North Oak Cliff.

The 2,500-square foot gym is scheduled to open July 2014 and will be located on the ground floor of the loft apartment building, facing Sylvan | Thirty’s “central park.”

“We not only fell in love with the space at Sylvan | Thirty, but also the burgeoning community surrounding it. We know we will feel at home in this neighborhood and build an exciting future in Oak Cliff and West Dallas,” said CrossFit Deep co-owner Eric Rosenstock. “We’re also excited to be a great fitness option for residents commuting into downtown on I-30.”

CBRE’s Chris Sido represented CrossFit Deep in the lease agreement. The landlord, Sylvan | Thirty was represented by Zachary Porter and Helen Hill of Retail Street Advisors.
