Fountain Place is managed by Cassidy Turley.

“Winning the TOBY award further distinguishes Fountain Place in the Dallas market, as well as distinguishes Cassidy Turley as a market leader,” said Andrew Jones, Cassidy Turley vice president and leader of Fountain Place’s Management team. ”This is an extremely important award for the building and for the Fountain Place Team.”

The TOBY awards are considered the most prestigious and comprehensive programs of its kind in the Dallas commercial real estate industry, recognizing quality in buildings and rewarding excellence in building management. The annual competition thoroughly evaluates all facets of a building’s operations. Buildings are judged on everything from community involvement and site management to environmental and green policies and procedures.

“We are honored to have received this award and believe the building truly deserves it,” said Richard Firth, assistant property manager at Cassidy Turley. “People already see Fountain Place as a landmark. However, what they may not see is the efficient and innovative operation that goes on inside. The TOBY Award recognizes the hard work that goes into creating a well-run building operation.”

Since Cassidy Turley took over managing Fountain Place in 2012, the firm has implemented cutting edge energy conservation and management technologies, such as a 24/7 offsite utility monitoring program, which saves the building over $100,000 annually. Additionally, the Fountain Place team continues to emphasize the importance of charity and community involvement. The Fountain Place Team works closely with Albert Sidney Johnston Elementary School and partners with the Leukemia Lymphoma Society for the annual Big D Stair Climb hosted at Fountain Place.

Cassidy Turley’s Fountain Place management team includes Debbie Burk, property administrator; Evelyn Williams, property administrator; Richard Firth, assistant property manager; Claudia Emery, assistant property manager; David Hagar, assistant chief engineer; James Rampy, senior chief operating engineer and Andrew Jones, vice president.
