Cassidy Turley secures 8,088-square foot lease renewal for Prosperity Bank at Tremont Realty Capital’s Abrams Centre in Dallas’ LBJ East
DALLAS – November 5, 2013 – Tremont Realty Capital, owner of Abrams Centre in Dallas, announced today that Prosperity Bank has renewed its 8,088-square foot office lease. Cassidy Turley’s Ward Eastman and Layne Mayfield represented the owner, in the five-year lease agreement, with Prosperity Bank.
“Having spent significant base building capital expenses in a new lobby, café and common areas, we are happy to renew one of our long standing tenants. With the combination of investments made in the building as well as the recent announcement of enhanced broker commissions, we are very excited about the building’s prospects,” said Dennis Walsh, Senior Director of Tremont Realty Capital.

Abrams Centre, a 325,750-square foot office complex, is located at 9330 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, between Abrams Rd. and Greenville Ave., in Northeast Dallas.
