Cassidy Turley to lease and manage Park Center and Greenhill Office Park, further expanding valued relationships with TA Associates Realty and Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers
DALLAS – October 25, 2013 – Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., has been selected to lease and manage two high-profile North Texas office buildings: Park Center in Plano and Greenhill Park in Addison. The buildings, totaling more than half a million square feet, are owned by TA Associates Realty and Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, respectively.

The five-story, 236,604-square feet Park Center tower will be managed by Cassidy Turley’s Lisa Spampinato, Angela Hatcher and Joe Garcia. Trey Smith and Lauren Napper of Cassidy Turley will handle leasing. Park Center is located at 2400 North Dallas Parkway, just north of the President George Bush Turnpike.
Cassidy Turley’s Michelle Rochester, Allison Stapleton and Darwyn Flynn will manage Greenhill Office Park, a 12-story, 272,482 square foot, multi-building office complex. Clint Madison and Layne Mayfield will lead leasing efforts. Greenhill Park is located at 14131 Midway Road, just north of LBJ Freeway.
