Represented by Cassidy Turley, ISN Expands to 70,000 Square Feet in Uptown
DALLAS – August 7, 2013 – Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., announced today that its client ISN Software Corporation has elected to expand and extend its lease at One McKinney Plaza in Uptown. ISN will lease an additional 37,000 square feet on the third and fourth floors, bringing the information services company’s total square footage in One McKinney Plaza to 70,000. ISN will be the largest tenant in the 263,921-square-foot Class A building.
“We have been in Uptown for a number of years, and our workforce appreciates the live, work and play environment of the West Village area,” said Joe Eastin, president of ISN. “After an extensive search and significant due diligence, we confirmed our initial thought that we are very happy in our current location, and renewing and expanding our lease was the best option.”
ISN will take possession of the additional space in January 2014 upon the expiration of an existing tenant’s lease in the 15-story, LEED-certified One McKinney Plaza, owned, leased and managed by Dallas-based Gaedeke Group.
“Our on-site management team works to provide impeccable tenant service, and ISN’s decision to expand and renew at One McKinney Plaza is a testament to that,” said Belinda Dabliz, Gaedeke’s vice president of leasing.
