Cassidy Turley adds Thomas to tenant representation team
DALLAS – June 20, 2013 – Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., announced today that Clayton Thomas has joined the firm’s Dallas office as associate vice president in its tenant representation team.

Before joining Cassidy Turley, Mr. Thomas was an associate with Colliers International’s Dallas-Fort Worth office, where he specialized in corporate services, tenant representation, strategic planning, consulting, transaction structure and the negotiation process. While at Colliers, Mr. Thomas developed, hired and ran Colliers internship program, which was used as a benchmark for other Colliers offices across the U.S. Additionally, he was a member of the Colliers Law Firm Services Group where he focused on office tenant representation with an emphasis on law firms and corporate clients in the Dallas Central Business District and Uptown submarkets.

In addition to Colliers International, Mr. Thomas’ experience also includes commercial tenant representation at GVA Cawley in Dallas. He’s a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where he studied Government and Business.
