Griffith the latest addition to Cassidy Turley’s Project & Development Services team
DALLAS – May 13, 2013 – Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., announced today that Kyle Griffith, LEED AP, has joined the firm’s Dallas office as senior project manager in Project & Development Services (PDS).
In his new role, Mr. Griffith will provide comprehensive development and project management services for Cassidy Turley’s occupier, investor, corporate and industrial clients.

Mr. Griffith joins Cassidy Turley from Jones Lang LaSalle, where he led a one million square foot campus consolidation and revitalization program for Bell Helicopter. His prior experience also includes project development for 150 store locations for Family Dollar, 764,000 square feet for Motorola and a $29 million LEED Gold-certified office complex for Thomas Property Group, as well as project management assignments with the University of Texas-Austin, Hewlett Packard and Kaiser Permanente.

Mr. Griffith is a LEED Accredited Professional with an interest in growing his involvement in the green building community.
In addition to Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Griffith previously served in construction and PDS capacities at DPR Construction in Austin, TX, The Staubach Company and The Whiting-Turner Contracting Co. He’s a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Texas A&M University, where he studied Construction Science and Business Administration.
