Daltile featured in Southern Living’s 2010 Idea House in the Gulf of Louisiana

Idea House in Covington, Louisiana, showcases the latest design ideas and style tips

 

DALLAS, September 16, 2010 – A wide variety of stylish glass, metallic and porcelain tiles from Daltile, the largest U.S. manufacturer and distributor of ceramic tile and natural stone, have been featured in Southern Living’s 2010 Idea House in the Gulf of Louisiana.

The coastal cottage-style home, named “Bayou Bend” and located in the Terra Bella Village subdivision of Covington, Louisiana, showcases the latest design ideas and style tips from the popular magazine. The home was featured heavily in the August issue of Southern Living.

Products featured in the Southern Living 2010 Idea House include Metal Signatures, Modern Dimensions, Octagon & Dot, Metal Effects and Stone a la Mod, as well as many others.

As part of Daltile’s ongoing public relations efforts, the company seeks product placement opportunities in popular home improvement and design television programs on Discovery Channel, DIY Network, HGTV, A&E, and most notably ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, as well as high-profile showcase homes produced by national magazines, such as Southern Living, Esquire and Better Homes & Gardens.
